Meet the Pit Boss
Brian Ezman is a self-taught, BBQ chef that has over 30 years of custom, whole hog and BBQ cooking/smoking experience. His BBQ cooking roots and recipes were developed from spending years in the flooded cypress swamps of Coastal South Carolina with some of the finest backcountry cooks.
Our hardwood BBQ smoked meats are prepared fresh for the day of your event with our competition-made, reverse draft tank smoker. Our 12-hour, applewood smoked black angus brisket, is the wheelhouse of our meat selection.
Our Southern side selections are prepared from scratch and are taken from recipes which have have been passed down from many generations.
